Pool Equipment Brisbane offer quality swimming pool equipment at the best prices. The client had a website that contained broken links, presented out-of-date information, was difficult to navigate, and wasn’t considered professional. Pool Equipment Brisbane belongs to a national franchise and the redesign brief was to build a professional and unique website whilst still retaining the look and feel of the franchise branding. The client also required eCommerce to promote products and fulfil online orders.
What was our strategy?
All of our projects begin with a comprehensive 1:1 website consultation with the client and a detailed industry and competitor analysis to identify keywords and SEO opportunities for the website redesign. During this process, we gained valuable knowledge about Pool Equipment Brisbane as a business, their products and services, and who they considered to be their perfect customer.
From the consultation, we developed a keyword and content plan from our comprehensive industry and competitor research using analytical tools and software. We also identified elements of the existing website that were necessary to align with the franchise’s branding and the areas we could design without constraint.
We designed and developed a mobile responsive WordPress website for the client. In the development phase, the website was developed on a staging domain so the original website could remain live until the project was completed and launched. We redesign our websites using this method to limit the downtime of existing websites for clients.
The client also requested an eCommerce feature on the website to promote products and fulfil online orders. The range of products has been steadily growing since the launch of the redesigned website.
All of our websites are developed using SEO optimisation techniques including meta information and correct header types to ensure the website has the best change of appearing in the Search Engine Results Pages (SERP).
Once the website was launched, keyword tracking software and Google analytics were configured to measure how the website was doing in the search engines.
Where is this client now?
The client was very happy with the final design and functionality of the new website. They commented on our ability to hit their brief which was to redesign the website with some unique design elements whilst retaining the franchise’s look and feel. Since launching the website, we have hosted and maintained the website and adding products to the eCommerce store.
Recently, we have implemented an SEO strategy which has launched the website into Google’s Search Engine with eleven targeted keywords ranking number one and five other keywords ranking on page one. The success of the Search Engine Results Page ranking can be put down to sound on-page and technical SEO principals, detailed keyword and industry analysis as well as engaging and keyword targeted content.
